Delivery
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The expected delivery time is 1-3 business days (be aware off longer delivery time when shipping outside of Denmark). Backordered items, preorders or items not in stock may have a longer delivery time. During particularly busy periods, specific items may have an extended expected delivery time.

You can choose from the following delivery methods: Home delivery and Parcel shop.

Please note that some delivery methods may not be available for certain addresses and time intervals. You will only see the available delivery methods for your delivery address during the ordering process. We reserve the right to deliver to a different location than the one you selected if your chosen location is full. In that case, we will deliver your order to an alternative location chosen by the carrier.

We deliver to the following countries: Europe, Norway, Switzerland and the UK. Delivery fees and delivery time vary depending on the country.

If we do not have all the items you ordered in stock, we may send the available items first and then ship the remaining items to you later. Consequently, you may receive your order in multiple shipments.

We bear the risk of your item(s) until delivery.
